Aaron Cheng
Engicore Staffing's journey began with the vision of our founder, who spent decades managing the Co-op and Career Office at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). During his tenure, he became acutely aware of the challenges and opportunities in connecting technical school talent with industry needs. His extensive experience gave him an insider’s perspective on the potential of freshly trained professionals and the impact they could have in various sectors.
